ENTITLED: “AN ORDINANCE MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE CITY OF KOTZEBUE, ALASKA FOR FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 2003 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2004”.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KOTZEBUE, ALASKA:

Section 1. This is a non-code ordinance.
Section 2. The attached documents, as part of the budget, provide authorized revenues and expenditures for the period July 1, 2003 through June 30, 2004, and are made a matter of public record.
Section 3. Appropriations are authorized and approved as follows:

Section 4. Pursuant to Kotzebue Municipal Code 1.12.030(B), this
ordinance shall become effective July 1, 2003.
